Campsite Oldevatn

Camping Oldevatn is a fairy tale that begins even before you get there. It's beautifully situated with views of Lake Oldevatnet and the fjords, and the facilities on the campsite are also of a high quality. Make free use of the rowing boats and other possibilities for endless fun on the water. The natural environment invites you to engage in fun activities such as taking day trips and hiking.

Converted Norwegian farmsteadThe campsite is situated on the grounds of a former farmstead. The red cabins (summer homes) fit perfectly into the fjord landscape. The campsite is well-organised, and everything works as it should. The pitches are spacious and many pitches have views of the lake in which the mountaintops are reflected.

There are also cabins available for rent (renovated in 2017). The campsite is suitable for all ages: both young and old are well catered for. Despite the many facilities catering to children, the campsite is, for the most part, peaceful and quiet. Pets are allowed for campers with their own camping equipment but are not allowed in the cabins for hygiene reasons.

Canoeing, fishing and barbecuingThe campsite is situated directly on the edge of the lake, and there's all sorts of water equipment available, which can be used for free. You can also make free use of the picnic tables and barbecue areas. There is a large campfire by the lake where guests can cook or relax.
