Search for it, press "This is mine" and tell us who you are. Once we have confirmed you run the place, the listing is yours to edit. Most of our listings were added by us rather than by their owners, so this is the usual way in.
That is most of our listings. You say how many vans you can take, and that shows on your page so nobody turns up expecting a campsite.
Yes, and we would encourage it. Arrival times, height limits, whether to book ahead, what you expect in return — put it on the listing and people arrive knowing.
If the email you claim with is at the same domain as the website on your listing, that is enough on its own and you are verified immediately. Otherwise one of our team reads your claim and gets back to you, usually within two working days.
