The well maintained family campsite Le Lidon is located in Saint-Hilaire-la-Palud, the marshy part of the Marais Poitevin. The campsite is an oasis of peace and quiet. The camping pitches are spacious (90 - 120 m2), although there is little or no demarcation. There is ample shade everywhere. Some pitches are adjacent to the small canal. On the campsite (some 3 ha) there are rental mobile homes, some of which look like a gypsy caravan. You can also hire several types of tents.
Quiet, cosy and natural campsite in the rural area of the Marais (= lots of water). Swimming pool and children's pool. Nice toilet block. Many fishing possibilities, ideal for cycling. Rental of boats and canoes.
