Camping Toodlermillen, with associated organic farm, lies on the outskirts of the village of Tadler, amidst a hilly and wooded area with beautiful valleys. The river Sûre flows along the campsite. Eight km further on you will find Esch-sur-Sûre, one of the most beautiful villages in Luxembourg. Obviously, you will visit the 18th-century castle ruin here.
Spacious pitches between greeneryWhen you drive to your pitch, you will notice that the camping site is very neat and that most pitches offer ample privacy. The pitches are quite spacious and you have a choice of pitches on small, car-free fields separated by hedges or pitches by the river. For the little onesFamilies from the Netherlands with young children are in the majority on this camping site. This makes perfect sense: much thought has gone into catering for the little ones. For instance, there are special children's sanitary facilities, an indoor play area and two play grounds. In high season this is supplemented with activities for children from 4-12, such as crafts and supervised horse rides.Splashing in the riverThe river Sûre flows along the camping site. The riverbank is bordered by spacious sunbathing lawns. When it is warm, children can enjoy themselves in the river. The river is shallow, but deep enough to play in the water with an inflatable boat or air mattress.Outdoor horse ridingHorse lovers will really appreciate this camping site. When you are an experienced outdoor rider, you can join supervised rides through beautiful nature in the vicinity of the camping site in high season.
