Camping Op der Sauer is located in the Luxembourg Ardennes, on the banks of the Sûre (Sauer) river in the canton capital of Diekirch. The campsite is located in the valley and is surrounded by green plateaus. You'll find the centre of Diekirch within walking distance, an old town centre with a pedestrian zone. There are also lovely shops and restaurant.
Spacious and clean propertyCamping Op der Sauer makes a nice impression, the banks are full of flowers and blooming bushes. The seasonal pitches are away from the water. Thanks to the elongated shape of the campsite there are many touring pitches along the river which are separated from the property by a cycling and hiking path.Camping on the SûreThere is something for every camper on the campsite: spacious pitches with shade under the trees, but also many pitches in the sun. There is plenty of choice along the river. In the high season there is a special tent field, where anyone can pitch their tent as they wish. The swimming pool is only suitable for children (depth 65 cm) and has a slide. Free golfThere are regular bingo and darts tournaments in the Grand Café. Also fun: warm up your vocal cords and participate in the karaoke evenings. On the property you'll find a lovely mini golf course you can use for free (you only pay a deposit for the clubs).CateringYou can have a tasty dinner, a couple of drinks or a quick snack: the Grand Café has it all. you're in the right place if you like simple food and a broad choice. There is a special child's menu for the kids.
