The five star Le Ranch camping site located on the west coast of Cotentin (Normandy) is beautifully situated by the sea. From the camping site, you can walk straight to the beach! The spacious and sunny pitches are located in the dunes and are separated by low bushes and posts. The sanitary facilities are modern and well-equipped.
Something for everyoneThere are two heated swimming pools: one is covered by a retractable, roof and the other has a large slide on which several people can slide down at once. Smaller campers are sure to enjoy the playground, trampolines, and bouncy castles. You can also play a free game of miniature golf with your whole family. Feeling peckish? On the camping site, you will find Le Ranch restaurant, which is decorated in a Western style with wooden elements.Water sportsThe wide sandy beach in front of the door invites you to take endless walks. If you are looking for more adventure, you can also go windsurfing or water skiing. The (public) beach near the Le Ranch camping site is quite popular with surfers because of the unprecedented high waves. You can also go to sea in a kayak. About 4 km from the campsite is the village of Sciotot. There are more restaurants here. In Les Pieux, you will find a larger supermarket.Discover Cotentin on footThere are numerous hiking trails in the vicinity of the camping site. From the camping site, you can walk a part of the GR223 ‘Sentier des Douaniers’. The trail runs through a hilly area and can have some steep climbs at times. But the beautiful nature and views are worth it.
