Campsite

Le Grand Large is located on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula, in the dunes of Normandy. You camp among the dunes, with a wide sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean within walking distance. The campsite exudes order and tranquillity, with manicured lawns that are demarcated by hedges. At the campsite you can swim in an outdoor pool, an indoor pool and a large paddling pool.
Orderly and peaceful campsiteThe campsite is clearly arranged. There are lawns on either side of the lanes, which are delimited by hedges for one or two camping pitches. The camping pitches are all the same size. This fixed pattern offers not only orderliness, but also privacy and tranquility. There are fifty rental accommodations on the edge of the campsite: the classic mobile homes are the camping addresses of holidaymakers who like to spend the night in a holiday home. If you camp in the back row of pitches, you can enjoy the sea view. Swimming poolsThe swimming pools are located directly to the right of the entrance. This water park consists of three pools: an outdoor pool, a partially covered pool and a paddling pool. Along the edges are sunbeds for sun worshippers. you'll also find the large paddling pool, where little ones can enjoy the slide and play with the spraying clown. Furthest from the entrance is the indoor pool, where you can also relax in the bubbles of the whirlpool. A small snack bar with terrace is adjacent to the pools.Just sanitaryThe large sanitary building is located at the front of the campsite. In this building, partly made of brick, partly made of natural stone, you will find neatly grouped sanitary facilities. Plants and flowers provide a colourful atmosphere in the sanitary spaces.
