The quiet family campsite La Forêt, as the name suggests, is located near a beautiful forest. The well maintained campsite is close to one of the most beautiful loops in the Seine near Jumièges, a historic village on the beautiful river. In the vicinity you will find a vast nature area with lots of forests, villages and towns, through which the Seine winds her way.
Camping with shade and privacyYou will see at a glance that the grounds are well-tended. The spacious pitches, varying in size (100 to 200 m2) but always spacious enough, are located along streets. Depending on your wishes you can choose between a pitch with or without facilities (as electricity and water). The pitches are demarcated with high beech hedges, a guarantee for privacy. You can also rent a tent, a mobile home or trekker hut at Camping de la Forêt.All amenities for a perfect holiday!There is a small, covered swimming pool (60 m2) with sliding roof and a lovely toddler pool with a few slides and a small rock (30 m2). The water in both pools is nicely heated. There is playground for children, but no entertainment programme. You can play table tennis on the camping site and make use of the pétanque court. You can play tennis for a fee.Fresh breadThe camping site shop has a limited assortment, but you can buy the most essential groceries. The baker delivers daily fresh bread on order. In peak season you can also get take-away meals, such as pizzas, French fries and snacks. There is a large supermarket at some four km from the camping site.
