Camping Baia Saraceno is designed to be in harmony with the natural surroundings and offers an idyllic view over the rocks and hills. The campsite has a restaurant that is universally acclaimed.
PhotogenicFrom the cosy little port town of Palau, the path leads to the entrance of the camping site. The attractive reception building will then come into view. The helpful staff speak English well. The small shop offers a reasonable assortment. There is a fun playground for the smallest campers.Between the granite bouldersVarious terraces offer a view of the sea. A number of pitches are sheltered by bamboo stands. There are rocks scattered around the grounds that lend an extra dimension to the camping feeling. There is a separate car park for the cars, which makes for a safe camping area. Campers may park their accommodation in a separate field. The cosy, round cottages (called tukuls) are spread out over the grounds and are a a feast for the eyes. Other well-maintained bungalows are a fine place to spend the night, as well. Swimming in the clear seaYou can be walking into the crystal clear water in just a few steps. For the adults, white sandy beaches are just a ten-minute walk away. Take note of Spiaggia Liscia and Spiaggia del Principe, which are absolutely worth exploring. Snorkellers can discover a submarine world along this coast. Campers who want to go diving can get a nice discount at the local diving school.
