In the South of France, between Bergerac and Bordeaux, you will find camping La Rivière Fleurie. This quiet campsite will make you feel right at home. The flat campsite has a park-like layout, with a wide variety of deciduous trees and shrubs. The spacious pitches are sheltered by the vegetation. In a few minutes you can walk from the campsite to the river Dordogne.
Shadow and shelterThe campsite is flat, well-organized and neatly maintained. You camp on the grass, in the shade of the tall plane trees. The many trees not only provide natural shade, but also shelter and privacy. If you prefer camping in the sun, there are also pitches with less shade available. At the rear of the campsite there are about thirty rental accommodations: mobile homes and some lodge tents and studios.Heated outdoor poolWhen you drive into the campsite, you can already see the outdoor swimming pool behind the restaurant. From the pavement café you look out over the pool and the tiled sundeck. All around are palm trees, deciduous trees and flowering shrubs. The heated pool is beautifully landscaped, with a gradually sloping bottom. There is a separate paddling pool next to it, which is also heated.Fun and gamesAt camping La Rivière Fleurie there is plenty to do for both children and adults. Apart from the fine swimming pool, there is also a playground with trampoline and bouncy castle, a recreation room and a playground. There are also many sporting activities available on the campsite: you can play table tennis, badminton, archery, tennis and mini golf. In high season there is also an entertainment programme for children and adults, and a mini-club for the little ones.
