You will find a large number of mobile homes between the rugged vegetation, but the pitches with a seaview are located at the far end of the campsite. The campsite makes an untidy impression, but the location is unique. Basic amenitiesThe amenities on this campsite are pretty basic. The reason for this is that the campsite lies in a protected area. As a result, virtually no construction work may be carried out here. The reception is housed in a mobile home, the campsite shop is tiny and the sanitary facilities are badly in need of renovation. If you are happy with its basic character or have everything you need inside your caravan or motorhome, you will enjoy this campsite at just a stone's throw away from one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia.Unusual grains of rice beachYou get to the sea via a gate at the far end of the campsite and a walk of some three hundred metres between fields. The white quartz sand makes this beach truly unique: the glossy white rice grain-sized pebbles not only look beautiful, they also create a radiant beach and a crystal clear, brilliant blue sea. The uniqueness of the quartz sand is borne out by the warning signs on the beach: it is strictly forbidden to take any sand with you.
