Camping Les Violettes is located just below Toulouse, on the Canal du Midi. This simple, green campsite has had new owners for a few years now, who are renovating it step by step. A new swimming pool with sliding roof has been built and the sanitary facilities have been completely renovated. The shaded campsite has sheltered pitches under the tall deciduous trees.
Sheltered and shadedThe new owners are working hard to make the campsite comfortable and modern. The pitches are spacious and delimited by vegetation. Because they are sheltered under tall trees, the pitches are wonderfully shady. There are about sixty touring pitches and about ten permanent pitches. There are also five mobile homes and three lodge tents for rent.New swimming poolBehind the main building a new swimming pool with sliding roof has been constructed. You can swim from May until the end of September.u As soon as the weather permits, the transparent sliding roof opens and the indoor pool becomes an outdoor pool. Around the pool are colourful seats and comfortable sun loungers.Good restaurantIf you arrive late in the evening, you don't have to look for a restaurant in the area. At the campsite restaurant you can eat well. The menu is not too extensive, but the dishes are prepared with care. If you prefer to cook for yourself, you can also make use of the communal barbecue area.Local productsFresh bread and pastries are daily available at the campsite. In the main building you'll find a small shop with a limited range of groceries. All kinds of local products are also available there. There are also several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity for more extensive shopping.
