Campsite Dünencamp Karlshagen is located in a pine forest on the outskirts of an urban area, right behind the dunes on the unspoiled northern part of the island of Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance. Half a kilometer further along you will find the centre of the seaside resort of Karlshagen. Here, you will come across all sorts of fun shops and eating establishments. The vibrant seaside resort of Zinnowitz can easily be reached by bicycle.
Plenty of green and a structured layoutAt the reception, you will immediately notice the pleasant, nature-rich ambiance thanks to the profusion of hedges and tall stately pine trees. This elongated wooded terrain stretches out behind the dunes and is laid out in a structured manner. Most of the touring pitches are located among the trees on the dune side of the campsite. There are also quite a few seasonal pitches. Caravans are towed to the pitch with a tractor.Beautiful camping pitches in the woodsThe camping pitches are numbered, but not demarcated. The ground is often coarse and sandy. It can sometimes be a tight fit in the peak season. During this period you will also have less privacy, especially in the front part of the campsite grounds. The pitches further back are quieter and offer more privacy. The camping pitches are located among the trees in a pine forest, so they usually have sufficient shade.Very clean sanitary facilitiesThe sanitary facilities are situated in three welcoming blocks which are easily accessible, also for the disabled. The buildings are spacious, clean and together they provide sufficient capacity, even in the peak season. With the aid of an electronic key, you can decide how long you need to shower.
