Camping Sallandshoeve is part of a holiday park with, for children, a lovely play pond with rope bridge to an island. They will also enjoy themselves in the swimming pool, with the entertainment and on the go-karts. The area is also stunning: You can make wonderful cycling and walking tours in and around the National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. Camping in an ideal spot for families with children.
Safari tentsVia a paved road you reach the campsite, where the spacious and demarcated pitches are located in a large circle around the newly established play pond. There are additional pitches on the side of the circular road of the campsite. All pitches were newly laid out in 2017. Want to hire something? The five new safari tents with sanitary facilities, a terrace and terrace heater are very attractive.Safe play pondThe indoor swimming pool with small slide is situated in the rear part of the farmstead. It is a lovely pool to swim some laps or to play. There is also a toddler pool. The (shallow) play pond on the campsite is an absolute Valhalla for children, of course. This is located in the centre of the campsite, so there is proper overview from the surrounding camping pitches and safari tents.Active entertainment teamChildren have the time of their life on this campsite. In addition to the play pond and the large sandy area around it, there is a large bouncer in the cellar of the farmstead. Outside you will find some playground equipment, a sports field and an 18-hole mini-golf course. During school holidays, an entertainment team organises all kinds of activities to keep the children occupied: from arts and craft to games, go-kart races and jewellery making.
