Campsite Ter is a quiet, modest family campsite, ideally located for excursions to Gerona and Figueres or one of the other idyllic coastal towns Catalonia calls its own.
Shade and sunThe camping grounds are not very remarkable; quite straightforward in fact. Yet everything is well-maintained. Wide roads lead you past the camping pitches and rental accommodation units. Many pitches are found in the shade under the trees, but you can also choose a sunnier spot. If you prefer to stay in a rental accommodation, you have a choice of mobile homes with and without air conditioning.The beach of L'Estartit The small swimming pool on the edge of the campsite is excellent for a few hours of water fun. When you camp this close to the Mediterranean Sea, you really do not need a larger swimming pool. The coastal town of L'Estartit is within walking distance. You can also go by car. Parking is easy there. The beach of L'Estartit is beautiful and wide as far as beaches of the Costa Brava go. From the shore, you have a splendid view of the Medes Islands, an archipelago consisting of seven small islands. L'Estartit is popular with both beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts.RestaurantsYou can enjoy a drink in the bar next to the swimming pool. The campsite does not have a restaurant, but you will find a large supermarket adjacent to the campsite. Rather go out for a meal? If you are looking for a restaurant, you will be spoilt for choice in L'Estartit. Paella or those delicious tapas always go down well.
