Luxury lodgesThe well-kempt terrain consists of an open camping lawn with some flower beds, partially shielded by trees and shrubs on the periphery. PlaygroundRecently, a playground was laid out for children; otherwise, there is not much to do on the camping grounds. This in contrast to the surrounding area. Close to the campsite lies the Calderwood and Almondell Country Park; from there you can go on lovely walks along the river Almond. There is a walking trail along the Union Canal in the direction of Linlithgow, which starts in Ratho.
