Near the sleepy village of Le Grand-Serre, on the edge of the Drôme, lies Camping Le Grand Cerf. This four-star campsite has a heated outdoor swimming pool and two tennis courts. The campsite is laid out on two spacious terraces. You camp on a delimited pitch on the grass. There is a beautiful sunbathing lawn and even a sandy beach for campers.
Terrace campsiteThe campsite is laid out in terraces, because the campsite is situated a bit higher against the hill. This gives you a panoramic view over the valley and the surrounding hills from most of the pitches. There are sixty touring pitches, divided over two spacious terraces. In addition to touring pitches, there are also seven fixed annual pitches and eighteen rental accommodations on the campsite.For childrenIn the middle of the campsite there is a heated outdoor swimming pool in full sun. Next to it is a separate paddling pool, which is also heated. Around the pool you can sunbathe on the sun loungers and the artificial grass sunbathing lawn. Next to the swimming pool are the tennis courts, which also serve as sports fields. On the other side is a nice sandy beach. There is a playground and there is a trampoline and a bouncy castle. There is also a petting zoo.Bar and bistroFrom the slightly higher terrace at the bar and restaurant, you look out over the pool and playground. The restaurant is a simple bistro that is only open in July and August. Besides camping guests, there are also many local residents. The menu is extensive, and you can also get pizza, snacks and takeaway food. At the bar you can get drinks and ice creams.
