In the Spreewald, located right on the banks of a river, lies the campsite Kneipp- und Erlebnis. This eco-camping property consists of various fields on open pitches in the woords. The site is located amidst peaceful, idyllic surroundings and exclusively features touring pitches. Discover the Spreewald by kayak or bicycle, or relax with a massage or a visit to the sauna at the campsite's wellness and beauty centre.
Friendly receptionThe large wooden reception building was constructed in typical Spreewald style and has a very welcoming look to it. Next to the reception area is Gasthof Zum Plon, a cafe and restaurant with a terrace. The Kneipp- und Erlebnis campsite features hundreds of touring pitches, spread out across various grassy areas in the woods. There is a small area for tents as well as two large camping fields for caravans and campers. The site is almost exclusively oriented towards touring campers: there are no permanent pitches and only four rental accommodation options. This means that there are no mobile homes here. The rental accommodation options are charming pod cabins made from large, old wine barrels.Still watersMost of the guests at this campsite are water sports enthusiasts. Many bring their own kayaks, but canoes and kayaks are also available for hire. The site is located along the Südum Fluter, a branch of the Haubtspree river. You can explore the Spreewald by canoe, kayak or 'kahn' (a type of rowboat). Coast quietly through woods across the calm waters and take in the many aquatic birds, tranquillity and natural surroundings. Pure relaxationGrassy knolls run from behind the main building down to the water. Wooden steps lead to the piers, where boats from the campsite are docked. When the weather is nice, you can also take refreshing dip in the creek.
