Les Sapins campsite is located in the high mountains of the Pyrenees. Here you can camp far away from the hustle and bustle, in unspoilt nature and with a view of the valley and surrounding mountains. A swimming pool, a restaurant with garden and a sports programme complete the outdoor experience.
Welcome!Six kilometres southwest of Belcaire is the village of Camurac. On a slope about two kilometres outside Camurac the Dutch Lia and Jos welcome you to their campsite. Les Sapins has 72 touring pitches: some are sheltered under high pines and between hedges, others are on lawns with a more open character. Especially these last pitches are not all equally flat. The sanitary facilities on the campsite are not new, but they are well maintained.Playing outsideThe campsite is an outdoor paradise for children. They can have fun on the volleyball court, on the playground or in the swimming pool. It is situated in a sunny spot and is fenced off for the safety of the children. There is also a separate paddling pool.Active in natureActive campers will appreciate the location of the campsite. Excursions are regularly organised from the campsite. Accompanied by certified Dutch instructors you can go into nature for rafting or rock climbing. But also canyoning (climbing in a river gorge) and abseiling are among the possibilities. Various walking and cycling routes lead from the campsite into the mountains. And after an active day you can relax in the pleasant restaurant. Every day Lia and Jos prepare simple but delicious dishes.
