On the Atlantic coast in the Vendée, between the seaside resorts of Notre-Dame-de-Monts and Saint-Jean-de-Monts, you will find the quiet campsite Plein Sud. At this family campsite, you camp on well-maintained pitches or stay in one of the various cottages. The water playground and swimming pool are especially fun for children.
Green pitchesMost mobile homes are located at the front of the campsite. You can choose from almost forty different types of cottages, but you can also camp in a (simply furnished) lodge tent or a cosy hiker's hut. Some of the pitches are situated between the rental accommodations, but you'll find the spacious pitches mainly on a separate part of the terrain. What's striking is the greenery: beautifully maintained hedges delimitate the green lawns and give you plenty of privacy on your pitch.Swimming pool with water playgroundThe outdoor swimming pool is situated at the front of the campsite, on the left after the entrance. With nice weather, this spacious pool is a great place for a cooling dip. All around are sun loungers and umbrellas, and the whole is enclosed by glass walls. If you are on holiday with children, you will probably often find them in the water playground next to the pool, across the driveway.If you are camping in low season, you can make free use of the indoor pool, sauna and hammam of campsite Aux Coeurs Vendéens, located across the street.Sports and gamesAlso at the front of the campsite are the sports field and playground. The multisport field is for football and basketball players, while the children can have fun on the climbing frames.
