Valle Verde is living proof that a three star campsite can also be a small paradise. You will be staying in the Dolomites, at an altitude of 1,050 m, in a green, flowery oasis of peace. The campsite only has beautiful grass pitches and very good amenities. You will savour the magnificent view every moment of the day, with meadows and brooks between imposing tree-covered mountains.
Where is your pitch? All 117 pitches are well maintained, level and grass. There are three types of pitches: 'maxi' (more than 80 m2, electricity, TV connection, water and drainage), 'standard' (60-80 m2, electricity, generally with TV connection) and 'mini' (up to 50 m2, suitable for tent with car or motorcycle). There are quite a few trees on the site which guarantee ample shade. The winding paths are hardened with fine gravel. There are small drinking fountains throughout. There is no rental accommodation available on Camping Valle Verde.Sportive fellow campersYou will encounter many sports minded (Italian) families and couples here. There is a small playground, a volleyball field and a soccer field. The walking and cycling trail Fiemme & Fassa starts near the campsite. The trail is some 50 km long and is suitable for everyone. You will come across a few picnic places along the way. Consolation for aching muscles at the end of a sporty day: the small wellness centre with infrared cabin.Pizzas from TrentinoWhen you want to do your own cooking, you can go to the small campsite shop (bread can be ordered). You find a wider selection in the supermarket in Predazzo (2 km). The attractive restaurant with bar is housed in a log cabin type of building with nice terrace. You really should go there for the delicious pizzas, undoubtedly made according to Trentino tradition.
