Camping Le Rey is a small campsite located in the Vallée d'Ossau, at the foot of the Pyrenees. The spacious and wooded campsite has been laid out with great care: spacious, sheltered touring pitches are surrounded by trees and offer a view of the surrounding mountains. Enjoy the small-scale conviviality, the peace and quiet and the mountainous nature. Hikers and cyclists will find Le Rey campsite a wonderful destination.
Camping spots under the treesYou can see that the owners have laid out their campsite with care. Paved roads take you to the elongated campsite, where you will first discover the mobile homes that stand between shrubs and behind trees. You can also stay in so-called pods, cosy oval wooden houses, or comfortable lodge tents without sanitary facilities. The rental accommodations are mainly separated from the camping pitches. There are only 38 touring pitches on the campsite: spacious sheltered spots under the trees, overlooking the mountains. This gives campers a very spacious feeling.Paella eveningsCamping Le Rey is above all a campsite where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and nature. Of course, this does not mean that there is nothing to do. For example, you can take a dip in the heated swimming pool, located directly behind the reception. Even the smallest swimmers have been thought of: next to the swimming pool is a paddling pool.In July and August there are things regularly organised at the campsite. You can take part in pleasant paella evenings, where the famous dish of the southern neighbours takes centre stage. There are also nice evening markets on the campsite with regional products.
