Camping Le Querce is located in a wooded area in the Apennines, between Bologna and Florence. The campsite is dotted with large oaks from which this peaceful campsite takes its name. In the hilly terrain some terraces have been created. From the spacious pitches under the trees you have a beautiful view of the wooded hills surrounding the campsite.
Under the treesThe campsite, which measures no less than twelve hectares, is wooded and hilly. The pitches are not equally flat everywhere, but fortunately some terraces have been laid out for camper vans and caravans. You camp here on the grass, in the shade of the large deciduous trees. Actually, it's always quiet on this campsite, but there's more activity around the swimming pool. Cosy sunbathing lawnThe spacious grounds are landscaped around a large sunbathing lawn, with a beautiful swimming pool in the middle. You have a beautiful view of the surroundings. In high season this is the cosy centre of the campsite. There is a bar where you can get drinks, snacks and ice creams. There are sun loungers and parasols, and the trees provide the necessary shade. In short, everything you need on an Italian summer's day. Good foodCamping Le Querce has a small shop with a limited supply of groceries. there's a small supermarket five kilometres from the campsite, but for your larger purchases you'll have to drive a little further. For a good restaurant you don't have to leave the campsite. Against the hill is a large restaurant, where you can sit on the cosy terrace for a simple but tasteful meal.
