We welcome you to the Coire na Ciste Motorhome site at Cairngorm Mountain, near Aviemore.

Enjoy picturesque views across Glenmore, Loch Morlich and through the epic Ryvoan Pass from the comfort of your motorhome or campervan.

We have worked closely with the Cairngorms National Park Authority and neighbouring land owners Forestry and Land Scotland and RSPB to develop this secure new facility for visitors to enjoy.

This site welcomes motorhomes and campervans with an onboard toilet. Caravans and tents cannot be accommodated.

The site offers security for those touring in the Cairngorms. With 45 individual pitches, a code locked entry system as well as essential facilities (excluding showers & toilets) including a water feed and disposal points for grey water, chemical waste and refuse you will have everything you need for an overnight stay. The site is only suitable for motorhomes and campervans with an on board toilet (excludes tents and caravans).

As this is a gated access site, booking is essential. Pitches can be booked on a single, two or maximum three night basis through our website. Pitch fees for Autumn 2024 are £15 per night. You must also provide your vehicle’s valid registration number at the time of booking. 

During your stay you can enjoy all the facilities of Cairngorm Mountain just a few minutes drive away including our cafe and takeaway, toilets, mountain tubing, walks and mountain garden. A charge applies for parking at the main car park from £3.
