Here you camp under the watchful eye of the Castle of Saumur which is situated on a hill in the centre of town, on the other side of the river. The many pitches, where the ground is not always level, give the campsite a slightly untidy impression. Nevertheless, the spacious touring pitches are clearly delimitated by hedges and trees. The most beautiful spots on the campsite are for the rental accommodations. Here you can swim while overlooking the Castle of Saumur. Next to a large swimming area are a paddling pool and a whirlpool. Around the pools you will also find a large sun deck with sun loungers.
