Camping Domaine de la Brèche, not far from Saumur, is situated amidst the verdure of the Loire Valley. You are staying here in the vicinity of famous castles, vineyards and picturesque villages. It is a large campsite, perfect for families who will find everything they need here. The campsite distinguishes itself with its attractive swimming pool and the many organised activities.
Colourful fishing hutsThe camping site has a large number of pitches with ample shade provided by the many trees. The pitches are spacious and offer ample privacy. There are some rental mobile homes and a few rather luxurious chalets. The colourful fishing huts (Cabanes du Pêcheur) are also unusual. If you fancy one, there are some real Pipo trailers to spend the night in. These also are more luxurious than you would assume, as they have air conditioning.Water parkThe pearl of Domaine de la Brèche is undoubtedly the swimming pool, or rather the swimming pools. Together they form a veritable water park where young and old can enjoy themselves. There is a toddler pool for the little ones with a safe slide. They are surrounded by quite a few loungers, so that you can relax without losing sight of the children.All kinds of activitiesYou can go for pony rides from the camping site. This is a great way to explore the tranquil, rural surroundings along the Loire. You can make beautiful canoe trips on the Loire. There is a sports field on the camping site where you can play soccer or rugby (a popular sport in this part of France). Paintball competitions are also organised.
