In the heart of the Jämtlandsfjällen, near the village of Gäddede, you will find the campsite by the same name, Gäddede Camping och Stugby. This campsite caters mainly for guests visiting this Swedish region for its the largely pristine natural beauty. The campsite lies directly on the water and not far from the village centre. As the shops of the village are within walking distance, you will want for nothing. Gäddede lies on the so-called Vildmarksvägen (wilderness road), which runs through an astonishingly beautiful landscape.
Typical Swedish campsiteThe campsite is a typical Swedish campsite with fairly spacious pitches, but little shade. The different fields are separated from each other by low hedges. The last two fields are intended for tents.
