Frykenbadens Camping

On the south-eastern shore of the Nedre Fryken Lake you will find this quiet family campsite, extremely popular with nature lovers. They can explore the wooded and watery surroundings on foot or by bicycle directly from the campsite. The campsite is actually divided in two; the pitches are partly located along the steep lake shore and partly on a large lawn. The camping grounds are surrounded by mainly forests and a few farms.

Family campsiteFrykenbadens is a real family campsite with entertainment for children in peak season. Children can also play in the playground (outside) or the indoor play area. Furthermore, there is a multi sports field, a mini golf course and a table tennis table. Also fun: a pony ride!LakeYou can swim in the lake, where the campsite has a spacious lawn, a sandy beach and a beach with mainly pebbles and a small strip of sand. In the shop you can do your daily grocery shopping and the restaurant has a small, but fine menu. You can also take your meals to your caravan or motorhome to enjoy in your own surroundings.Fishing and golfThe campsite rents out rowing boats and canoes and sells fishing licences, so that you can catch your own evening meal on the lake. You can grill your catch at the barbecue site. Adjacent to the campsite you will find one of the many golf courses in Sweden, where golf is more or less the national sport.Clean sanitary facilitiesThe sanitary facilities are somewhat dated, but are well maintained. They are always tidy and spotless.
