On the edge of the Veluwe, near the village of Voorthuizen in Gelderland, lies Ardoer Vakantiepark Ackersate. This family campsite is a paradise for children with all its play facilities. The A1 motorway brings you right to this campsite; take the Voorthuizen exit, then it's only a ten minute drive. You'll find the campsite just outside Voorthuizen and you have the Veluwe as your backyard.
Complete and comfortableOn several lawns there are spacious touring pitches, bordered by trees and shrubs. There are almost two hundred touring pitches, some with private sanitary facilities. These pitches are alternated with permanent pitches. For an extra comfortable camping holiday, you can choose one of the mobile homes, chalets or lodge tents.In the various sanitary blocks you will find well-maintained and modern sanitary facilities. In two buildings there are special children's sanitary facilities and sanitary facilities for the disabled. Showers and toilet paper are included in the price. Handy: dishwashers are available on the campsite.For young and oldDine out at the Karrewiel restaurant at the campsite. Or visit the cafeteria for a quick snack. The little ones will love the large sand and water playground 'De Watervallei'. In addition to a heated outdoor swimming pool there is a large indoor pool, there are two children's pools and a whirlpool. Fun are the two large water slides. Weather permitting, the trampoline park is open (entrance fee). The older youth can enjoy themselves on various sports fields, but also in an indoor sports corner with air hockey tables and table football. In the theatre there are fun shows, which are part of an extensive entertainment programme.
