Campsite La Chatonnière

In the heart of the French Dordogne, Camping La Chatonnière is set in a beautiful location right by the water. There is a private sandy beach and you can swim in the river. You can enjoy a delicious meal in the pizzeria. The castle village of Jumilhac-le-Grand is just one and a half kilometres from the campsite.

Spacious, quiet pitchesYou can feel the space as soon as you drive up to your pitch. Because of the difference in height, the site consists of two parts. Here you will find beautiful spots for your tent, caravan or motor home. On the lower part, the pitches are close to the river. All the pitches offer privacy and are landscaped with bushes and trees.

You can also spend the night in a robust safari tent or a nicely furbished mobile home among the greenery. Swimming and playing in the riverLooking for some refreshment on hot days? Go paddle in the river, which is near the campsite. The water is fairly shallow and both the water and the beach on the bank are great places for children to splash around and play.
