At Camping & Village Rais Gerbi you will always camp with a view towards the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This large campsite with mainly touring pitches is located on the rocky northern coast of Sicily, with the sea within easy reach and the mountains of Madonie inland. From the terraces, the spacious swimming pool and the covered outside seating of the restaurant, the view over the Mediterranean Sea is sublime.
Terraced campsiteAs on almost every campsite on the north coast of Sicily there is a railway running right through the campsite. However, in most places you won't be bothered by the train, which passes almost invisibly through a small valley. On nicely shaped terraces, separated by stone walls, there are over two hundred pitches with a hard surface. The hard surface is very nice, because when it rains you don't have to worry about a squidgy soil. The only drawback is that it is difficult to get your pegs in.Swimming pool by the seaThe large campsite pool is located on a plateau close to the sea. While lying in the water or sitting on one of the sun loungers, you can enjoy a beautiful view. In high season the swimming pool is quickly discovered by a large number of camping guests: it’s gets crowded in and around the pool.Pizza with sea viewA good pizza is of course an important part of your camping holiday in Italy. Luckily they know how to make a good o ne in the campsite's restaurant, located next to the reception. Take a seat on the covered pavement café, which overlooks the swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea.
