Well maintained, park-like groundsThe campsite looks well maintained. The roads are paved and cars are parked along the edges of the fields. Most camping fields are located against an edge with park-like vegetation, so that you are surrounded by green from all sides. The camping pitches are spacious. A section of the campsite is intended for camper vans and caravans. The sanitary facilities are clean and practical.City beachThere is no swimming pool on the campsite. If you want a swim, you can go the Gaasperplas, adjacent to the campsite. The lake has an attractive city beach with a swimming area and a water play park. You can surf on the lake. Diving is also allowed here. The Gaasperpark, which extends between the campsite and the Gaasperplas, was once part of the Floriade exhibition.Comprehensive choiceThe campsite has a supermarket and a café/restaurant with quite an extensive selection. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the quality of the food is good. Near the restaurant is a lovely terrace. You will find a well-stocked supermarket across from the restaurant.
