In Overweser-Gieselwerder, directly along the Weser river, you will find campsite Gieselwerder. The campsite is surrounded by pristine nature. Gieselwerder is located between Bad Karlshafen and Hann. Münden You arrive at a very elongated campsite with a large outdoor swimming pool. Each pitch offers a lovely view of the river.
For the entire familyThe campsite presents itself as a welcoming place for the entire family. The focus is also on cyclists and motorcyclists who can always find an attractive pitch for their tents. The campsite measures a total of 25,000 m2 and each pitch is between 80 and 100 m2 in size.Camping guests can make free use of the heated open-air swimming pool. For inclement weather, there is also an indoor swimming pool in the vicinity where you can swim free of charge. All kinds of activities are organised on the campsite, for instance, campfires, barbecues, shows, buffets and line dancing. A variety of craft activities and go-cart races are organised for the little ones. Also nice: building sand castles. This can be done in a playground with nice play equipment and a sand pit.AccommodationOf course, you can bring your own caravan, camper van or tent to the campsite. You can rent mobile homes (with room for two adults and two children), but also large 4-person tepees. The latter are mainly intended for groups. The tepee village has a total of 28 beds. A very striking feature is the circus caravan, also with room for four persons, with its own toilet, kitchen and TV. Electric heating is available for chilly days, of course.
