The amiable, quiet campsite Dolce Vita is beautifully situated in woodland within walking distance of the beach and the sea. At only 4 km away you will find the beautiful town of Calvi, a highlight on the North-West coast of Corsica. In 2016 and 2017 the new owner has made significant modifications on the campsite: the sanitary facilities and electricity were completely upgraded.
Campers with camping equipment exceeding 3 m in height use a separate entrance, the other guests drive underneath a bridge to get to the modern reception. The camping pitches are spacious, shaded and separated with stones. On the grounds are new chalets and mobile homes for rent. The campers come from all over Europe and consciously choose a campsite without entertainment. Many Italian regular guests in particular return to Camping Dolce Vita each year.To Calvi by train, boat or on footFrom the campsite, you cross the river with a pontoon before following the path to the sea and private (pebble) beach. Near the campsite is a jetty for guests with their own boat who sail down the river to the sea and to Calvi. It is a 30-minute stroll to Calvi along the sea. You can also go to Calvi by train, there is a rail track near the campsite.PizzaOn the campsite are a playground, sports fields, a jeu de boules pitch and a table tennis table. You can also go on horseback and pony rides in the vicinity. Fishing is possible in the river. The restaurant offers a wide choice, including pizzas and snacks. You can order fresh bread and croissants and basic foodstuffs are available.
