Camping L'Ardéchois lies hidden in the green heart of the Ardèche, beyond the busy, touristic section. After a warm reception, you can find a nice spot by the river or the swimming pool with a view over the mountain landscape. With an extensive entertainment programme, wonderful barbecue evenings and weekly performances by artists, you won’t get bored for a minute.
This luxurious family campsite is in the middle of the mountainous region of the Ardèche. The closest village is Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut that is about 8 kilometres away. The campsite is accessible via a narrow and winding mountain road. The reception is directly off this road. Camping with a view of the mountains The campsite consists of two parts and is separated by a quiet through road. You reach your camping pitch via a winding road. As the campsite is divided up in terraces, there is an amazing view of the mountains from the camping pitches. There are also neat mobile homes and chalets for rent on the upper section. If you take your barbecue along, then make sure it works with gas or electricity because charcoal is banned throughout the Ardèche.Heated outdoor swimming pool On the section of the campsite situated above the road, you will find the swimming pool and from there you have a panoramic view over the mountain landscape. The pool is heated in the early and late seasons. The little ones can play safely in the toddler pool and parents can relax on the sun loungers under the reed parasols. You are only permitted to wear swimming trucks or tight-fitting swim suits (no boxer shorts).
