Campsite Le Lavoir d'Arlinde

An oasis of peace and quiet, ideal for campers who like camping with hardly any facilities. This is Camping Le Lavoir d’Arlinde, also known as ‘Camping & Gites Les Fumades’. You are camping here on a beautiful spot amidst pristine nature. Enjoy the chirping of birds and a brook in which you can fish.

Peace and harmony You will find mainly French and Dutch campers here. The campsite is geared towards campers without children, towards people who are looking for peace, tranquillity and nature. Although children are welcomed, there are no special provisions for toddlers and infants whatsoever (no swimming pool, no playground and definitely no entertainment). Neither is there a restaurant or shop on the campsite. However, fresh bread is available daily.Back to nature!The 25 large touring pitches are either in the sun or in the shade. There are a large number of trees, so when you prefer to be in the sun for part of the day, please be aware of this when selecting a pitch. There is sufficient distance between the pitches to provide privacy. A brook flows next to the campsite.Large charming gîtesThere are two large brick rental houses, called gîtes. One is suitable for up to four persons, the other for six persons. They can be found on the boundary of the terrain. The houses are sparsely furnished and spotlessly clean. In the gîtes you will find everything you need for a relaxed holiday: a good bathroom, complete kitchen and a terrace with dining room table and chairs.
