Zoo Camping is situated 6 km north of the Garda Lake and 2 km from the beautiful town of Arco, in the broad valley of the Sarca river. The campsite is directly situated alongside this river. Arco has a lovely shopping centre, nice restaurants and an interesting medieval castle. You will be able to enjoy yourself on this well maintained campsite, which includes a lovely swimming pool.
Reception and first impressionThe reception is small, with a small shop next to it (fresh bread available). Here you will find all necessary tourist information. The campsite is reasonably large, with plenty of greenery and has been totally renovated over the last few years (sanitary facilities in 2017). The pitchesThe quiet and cosy looking grounds are flat (not hardened) with lots of greenery (trees and hedges). As a result there are sufficient pitches with shade. The pitches are demarcated with beautiful shrubs. Most pitches are spacious, although they differ in size. They all have their own water supply and drainage and (free) electricity connection. don't feel like pitching your tent? If so, hire one of the well furnished mobile homes or a glamping tent. There are well-demarcated pitches for campers.Great sports and swimmingYour fellow-campers are sports-minded. As a result, sporty families and young people mainly come here to walk, cycle, do mountain biking or climbing.The campsite has a surprisingly beautiful and large swimming pool with deep water, centrally located on the grounds and surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and lawn. Unfortunately, the pool is already closed in September. Children will enjoy themselves on the playground equipment.
