Camping Les Bois Flottés is situated in the extreme south of France, on the south side of the town of Salin-de-Giraud. You camp here in the heart of the Camargue where wild horses gallop on the beach and flamingoes colour the sky. Do you like camping on a large pitch, near a river and close to the sea? If so, you will have a wonderful holiday at Les Bois Flottés.
Welcome! At the campsite you will notice immediately why it is called 'driftwood'. The reason is that a lot of this type of wood has been used to make gates and terrace covers. Yet, the campsite has a modern appearance, which can be seen in the restaurant, swimming pool and sanitary facilities, for instance.Unique swimming poolThe swimming pool has an unusual shape. In the centre is a white ramp with a few fountains on top and an illuminated 'tunnel' underneath. Very unusual! The area around the pool is suitable for sunbathing. You can enjoy a drink or a scrumptious meal on the terrace. Also find a spot under some shade cloths, which -needless to say- are draped over driftwood frames.Various rental accommodation unitsEven if you don't have your own tent or caravan, you can still spend the night at this campsite. You can rent a Coco Sweet for four persons or one of several mobile homes. A Coco Sweet is a quirky combination of a tent and a caravan. The mobile homes all have their own terrace. Regional products The reception building houses a camping shop where you can buy a large assortment of regional products. Enough choice to prepare a tasty meal.
