Camping A' Vouga, is located in the area of Costa da Morte right on a broad beach. You'll receive a warm welcome by Elida and her team at the reception. This is a very busy campground. You'll have to ignore the cluttered entrance to the campground, but once you arrive at the beach, you'll forget all about it.
Where will you be? The property is a large field that is on a terrace above the beach. The sites are quite cramped and there are lots of sites with no shade. In the summer it is a very lively campground.The location in the area surrounding Santiago de Compostela ensures the campers at Camping A' Vouga come from many nationalities. The pilgrimage trail is located about a two hour drive away and the bus stop is at the entrance to the campground.Sea-sun-swimmingYou reach the beach via a stone stairway of 15 steps. The entrance is not suitable for less mobile people. 500 metres further on is the San Francisco beach, with a wooden jetty to the beach.Dining with a viewThe restaurant (only accessible by stairs) and the location with a view of the sea and the dishes served will surpass your expectations. Cocktails and other drinks are served in the campground bar. You can do your shopping in the supermarket in Louro (500 metres on foot).
