Camping de la Serre is located in the southern French department of Ariège, at the foot of the Pyrenees. This small-scale family campsite pays a lot of attention to sustainability and has spacious pitches with lots of privacy. During your holiday you can stay active on the sports field, the children can play on the playground with lots of wooden play equipment. And of course, after a day in the Mediterranean sun, you can cool off in the swimming pool. Or you can enjoy a drink, a good book or a puzzle on a lounger with parasol.
Space and privacyCamping de la Serre is spacious and almost completely immersed in nature. The pitches are situated on different terraces. Due to the separation of trees, hedges and winding roads, you have a lot of privacy on your pitch. The pitches are well maintained and are (mostly partly) in the shade. Besides the touring pitches there is the possibility to rent a chalet or lodge tent - with its own terrace. The sanitary facilities have been renewed in 2019 and have a family room and separate baby sanitary.Market with local delicaciesSustainability comes first at Camping de la Serre, so most of the products in the small campsite shop are made locally. In order to give the international guests at the campsite a chance to discover all these delicacies, a market with local products is organised every Thursday. This includes a large barbecue to get a direct taste of what you have bought. You can also get your fresh sandwiches from the campsite. For more shopping you can go to the surrounding villages like Laroque-d'Olmes (5 km).
